Access to Artraxis CastleBy: FlubberArtraxis Castle - Darok the Banished - Find 5 pieces of Artraxis, get power to enter Artraxis's chamber Quest 1. The first piece is a torn piece of a Battle Cloak that the ghouls ripped off when Artraxis's army were travelling by them. That place is Gnobol Mauseleum, directly southeast from Farstead Keep. Once there, click on the harp in the left room of the manor to open the secret room and then search one of the bookcases in there for the quest piece and 15,000 experience pool points. *NOTE* You must complete the Forged Skull Shield quest first in order to get this!! Return to Artraxis Castle for the next part of the quest. Quests 2. Darok will ask of you to go to the ruined city of Osgarl which Artraxis and his army destroyed. He wants you to seek out a wooden splinter from his spear there, one of his former possessions. West of Artraxis Castle while still in Wyvern Territory is an area with Skeletal Fiends (head northwest from the mountain pass north of Hammerfist and go west then north between the mountains). Look for a trap door behind a wall (near the wooden sign) and go down. Search one of the bone piles in here until you get the quest message and 15,000 experience pool points. Once you find it, head back to Darok The Banished. Quest 3. Part three of the quest will make you go to Hammerfist Mine where Artraxis and his army once fought and Artraxis lost one of his horns in that great battle with the orcs. There are two entrances to the mine, one requires a key dropped from a Orc Miner and one that does not. The road to the one that doesn't require a key is if you go north from the castle and follow the water around the outer edge going east and then it turns south. The mine is on the left side along the mountain and the ocean is on the right, you'll have to avoid plenty of Greater Wyverns as you go. Once you find the old shack, head in it and go down the trap door inside. Here, you are in Hammerfist Mine and you'll see a lot of Orc Miners and Orc Reavers. You are going to be looking for an open barrel but there are quite a lot of them in here. From the entrance I led you to, go south (yes, it is twisty) until you start going left at several turns. You'll see some shacks with a barrel or two in it, just click and search inside the barrel and hope you get it. If not, continue on to the next one you see until you get the message and 15,000 experience pool points. Return to Darok for the 4th possession. Quest 4. A piece of the sword that Artraxis used during a battle was shorn and have been seen somewhere in the destroyed Temple of Isos, just southwest of Duremar. Make your way there and find the stairway that leads under the ground of the ruin. Look for the piece of the sword in one of the bone piles in the left section of this underground area. You will receive a quest message and 15,000 experience pool points and a message telling you to go back to Darok. Talk to him for one last time and you will become attuned to enter the chamber to Artraxis! |
